Cancellation penalties can differ from villa to villa. VGVR’s minimum cancellation penalties are as follows: Cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival are Non-Refundable. We strongly urge you to take Trip Cancellation Insurance. All holiday bookings are also non-refundable, such as Thanksgiving US, and Christmas / New Year’s. All cancellations must be received in writing. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures. The cancellation Fee is calculated on the Gross amount of the Booking.
Cancellations occurring:
61 or More Days to the date of arrival = 0 Cancellation Fee
46 - 60 days prior to the date of arrival = 75% Cancellation Fee
45 days or less prior to the date of arrival = 100% Cancellation Fee
